Brewing Method
When brewing and drinking imperial chrysanthemum, it is best to use a transparent glass cup. Put one or two chrysanthemums in each cup and brew them with boiling water for 1~2 minutes before drinking. When brewed for half a minute, the colour of the water will gradually brew into a slight yellow, transparent and clear, emitting a light chrysanthemum fragrance. Each time you drink it, don't finish it all at once, leave one-third of the cup of tea, then refill it with fresh tea and steep it for a few moments, while drinking it later.
